Reflection
Working with The Executive Branch has been a testament to the power of strategy, storytelling, and intentional community building. What started as a small, promising network has grown into a thriving movement, one that empowers Black career women to connect, learn, and lead.
From helping shape EB’s social media presence to scaling its community engagement and event success, this journey has reinforced my belief that authentic branding isn’t just about visibility, it’s about impact.
Beyond strategy, this experience has been personal. I’ve had the privilege of speaking at EB events, curating brand experiences, and now producing Her Executive Diary a podcast that will further solidify EB’s influence. It’s proof that when you build with intention and serve your audience well, the results take on a life of their own.
I’m proud of the role I’ve played, but even more excited for what’s ahead. The Executive Branch is just getting started, and I’m honored to continue helping shape its next chapter.
