Laura T Jones

Creative Direction | Personal Branding | Narrative Building

Overview

Laura T. Jones is a women’s health campaigner whose advocacy stems from deeply personal experiences of misdiagnosis, IVF, and living with endometriosis, PMDD, and ADHD. She came to me at a pivotal turning point — preparing to publicly launch her first major campaign while simultaneously evolving her personal brand.

Key Highlights

  • Designed Laura’s personal brand identity: logo, colour palette, monogram, type system, visual guidelines

  • Directed and shot her personal brand photoshoot

  • Co-wrote and structured the End the 7-Year Wait petition campaign

  • Developed long-form messaging: open letters, MP templates, press statements

  • Created visual assets and a full digital brand kit for both her website and advocacy materials

  • Led strategic storytelling: turning lived experience into compelling public messaging

Roles

Process & Impact

1. Brand Discovery & Visual Direction
We began with a deep dive into Laura’s story, values, and aspirations — building a brand that could hold both her advocacy and entrepreneurial future. Her identity needed to be feminine yet powerful, professional but personal. From that, I developed a custom logo suite (LTJ), a brand board rooted in healing tones, and a brand voice that was clear, confident, and care-driven.

2. Story-Led Design
The brand photography and visual elements we created reflect Laura’s authenticity: soft strength, quiet clarity, and disruptive truth. Her shoot and site now reflect who she is, not just what she does.

3. Campaign Architecture & Messaging
I led the narrative development and full campaign copywriting for End the 7-Year Wait, aligning it with national health policy issues and global SDGs.

Results

  • Featured across digital platforms with strong shareability

  • 300+ girls supported in rural Zimbabwe through Infradian’s parallel advocacy

  • A cohesive personal brand that aligns with Laura’s voice, mission, and long-term goals

Reflection

This project represents the kind of work I love most, helping purpose-led founders build platforms that feel true to who they are and powerful in what they aim to change.

Laura’s brand isn’t just beautiful, it’s strategic. It holds lived experience, public advocacy, and a growing ecosystem of care. And it proves that when identity and impact align, real change is not only possible, it’s inevitable.
