Creative Collaboration Manifesto

I create in alignment, not anxiety.
If we’re building together, I want it to feel grounded, exciting, and mutually empowering — not draining or transactional.

I bring vision, clarity, and heart.
My creative input is more than just execution — it’s strategy, perspective, and energy. It’s valuable. It deserves respect.

I do not work in shadows or silence.
I value honest feedback, clear communication, and full transparency. If I’m supporting you, I want to be seen as a partner, not a silent resource.

I do not accept access without reciprocity.
I no longer make space for relationships where I’m expected to pour in, but not be poured into. If it’s not mutual, it’s not aligned.

I work best with people who believe in community, not competition.
Those who open doors, name names, give credit, and share light — those are my people.

If you want to build, let’s build. But let it be real.

Why this Manifesto exists:
After years of pouring into projects, clients, and collaborations that didn’t always pour back — I realised it was time to create new terms of engagement.

This manifesto is a declaration of how I choose to create now: with alignment, reciprocity, and clarity. I’m not just here to help — I’m here to build.

If we’re co-creating, I want it to be rooted in mutual respect, shared values, and the joy of doing great work together.
